Product Description

Polystyrene (PS) is a versatile, low-cost thermoplastic known for its clarity, rigidity, and ease of processing. Widely used in transparent food packaging (cups, containers), disposable utensils, CD cases, and appliance housings. It also serves as expanded foam (EPS) for insulation and protective packaging. PS offers excellent electrical insulation and can be easily colored or molded. However, it is brittle and has limited heat resistance. Its affordability and adaptability make it essential in consumer goods and industrial applications.
