loses the crystal water at135ºC.It also turns to yellow under sunlight especially in wet condition.
This product is the most commonly used PVC stabilizer, with excellent heat resistance and electrical insulation, good light resistance, and is particularly suitable for high-temperature processing. This product is suitable for opaque PVC hard pipes, plates, injection molded products, and can also be used for soft products such as artificial leather. Due to its excellent electrical performance, it is widely used as PVC electrical insulation material. This product has synergistic effects with dibasic lead phosphite and dibasic lead stearate. Reference dosage: 6-8 parts in electrical insulation material; About 5 parts in non electrical extruded products; 4-5 portions in the rolling formula; 2 parts in the record recipe (combined with 1 part of dibasic lead stearate); 2-5 parts in hard products (combined with 2 parts of dibasic lead stearate). This product can also be used as a pigment for coatings, which is stable to light and does not change color.

Applications

It is most used in PVC stabilizer and suitable for high temperature processing. With good insulation and heat

stability.
